Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our refund and returns policy for our hand-made bags.
Custom Orders
Every bag is carefully handcrafted, making each piece one-of-a-kind. Because of the unique nature of our products, we’ve created a fair and transparent return policy to protect both your experience and our craftsmanship.
Handmade = One-of-a-Kind
All of our bags are individually handmade, which means small variations in colour, stitching, or materials are part of what makes your item unique. These are not considered defects, but part of the character and charm of handmade work.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Minor imperfections typical of handmade items
- Custom or personalised orders
We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before ordering.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your bag arrives damaged or has a fault that affects its usability, we’ll gladly help.
To request a replacement or refund for a faulty item:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Email sales@m-adamdesigns.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos clearly showing the problem
Once reviewed and approved, we’ll offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the issue.
Cancellations
For personalised orders, because we start crafting each piece shortly after the order is placed:
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
- After this time, cancellations are not guaranteed and may incur a fee to cover material costs.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays or loss due to:
- Courier issues
- Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
However, we’ll do our best to support you in resolving these with the carrier.
