This kit contains the pattern, outer fabric and lining to make this lovely Skirt Bag. The embroidered bow fabric is fresh and light, the lining 100% cotton and the pattern is printed onto good quality smooth paper in full size. You can add webbing handles and hardware if you so choose. The pattern has a full Angel Policy so you can make and sell the bags as often as you choose. However, please do not copy or sell the patters.
